We offer our customers an extensive range of cottage cheese: skimmed, semi-skimmed, full-fat and cream curd in various forms: square pat, wedge, wheel, cut cheese, and bucket. We would like to draw your special attention to the product called twaróg grodkowski pełnotłusty [Grodkowski full-fat curd cheese] offered in the form of wedges. Only pasteurized milk is used for its production, with the addition of pure bacterial cultures. The product is shaped by hand; the solid cheese mass is put in linen bags and let to strain. This process gives the cheese its characteristic structure and distinct taste.
The novelty is smoked curd. It is made of milk, milk fermentation cultures and a small amount of salt. It owes its unique taste and aroma and its golden colour to the process of smoking with alder and beech wood smoke.
